Troop 55, Scouts BSA

For more than 90 years, Troop 55 at Myers Park Presbyterian Church has offered opportunities for adventure, excitement, and achievement to boys ages eleven to seventeen. The life lessons they learn in Scouting transform today's youth into tomorrow's leaders.

Scouting prepares boys to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Scouts experience character building and spiritual development while learning values-based leadership as they work toward the rank of Eagle Scout.
